Okey dokey....I have truly started my weight loss journey today! I recorded my starting measurements and began my work out. Today I used this dvd:

I only did one of the sections and man.... am I out of shape! Woo!
We spent the afternoon with our bible study group having a pool party. I made sure to do lots of swimming to burn even more calories. Hopefully I can continue doing some type of exercise on most days. This way I can work up to burning lots of fat (yucky!!) and get thin and fit (yayyy!!!!).
